White Negroni
Ingredients
- 1½ oz gin (Plymouth preferred)
- 1 oz Lillet blanc or Dolin blanc vermouth
- ¾ oz Carpano Bianco or Suze
- 4 dashes bitters (optional)
- Garnish: orange peel
Recipe
- Stir all liquid ingredients with ice for 30 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice.
- Add bitters if using.
- Express an orange peel over the glass rim and place it in the drink.
