White Negroni

Ingredients

• 1½ oz gin (Plymouth preferred)
• 1 oz Lillet blanc or Dolin blanc vermouth
• ¾ oz Carpano Bianco or Suze
• 4 dashes bitters (optional)
• Garnish: orange peel

Recipe

1. Stir all liquid ingredients with ice for 30 seconds.
2. Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice.
3. Add bitters if using.
4. Express an orange peel over the glass rim and place it in the drink.
