Maple Manhattan
Ingredients
- 2 ounces whisky
- ½ ounce dry vermouth
- ½ ounce maple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Garnish: Amarena, Luxardo, or liquor-soaked cherries

Combine the whisky, dry vermouth, maple syrup, and bitters in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake for 30 seconds until well chilled and combined.

Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.

Garnish with a cherry and serve.
