Grapefruit Collins
Ingredients
- 2 oz seltzer
- 2 oz London gin
- 1½ oz grapefruit juice
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 4 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- Garnish: 1 grapefruit half wheel
Recipe
- Pour seltzer into a Collins glass.
- Short shake remaining ingredients with ice for 5 seconds, then strain into the glass.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and garnish with a grapefruit half wheel.
