  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
  3. Garnish with a citrus peel.
  4. For rosemary syrup: heat equal parts sugar and water until dissolved, add a bunch of rosemary, cool, and strain after a few hours.
