Gin Gimlet
Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz lime or lemon juice
- ¾ oz simple syrup (rosemary preferred)
- Garnish: lemon or lime peel
Recipe
- Shake all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
- Garnish with a citrus peel.
- For rosemary syrup: heat equal parts sugar and water until dissolved, add a bunch of rosemary, cool, and strain after a few hours.
