Diamond in the Rough

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz bison grass or citroen vodka
• 0.75 oz fresh carrot juice
• 0.25 oz lemon juice
• 0.25 oz iris liqueur (or St. Germain)
• 1 barspoon simple syrup
• 1 dash absinthe
• 1 small sprig of thyme

Recipe

1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin with ice.
2. Gently throw or very lightly shake just until cold.
3. Fine-strain into a chilled 6-oz Irish Coffee or cordial glass.
4. Garnish with a sprig of thyme or a small edible flower.
