Colletti Royale

Ingredients

• 1½ ounces reposado tequila
• ½ ounce Cointreau
• ½ ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
• ½ ounce fresh blood orange juice
• ½ ounce fresh lime juice
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• About 3 ounces rosé Champagne, chilled, to top
• Garnish: blood orange wheel

Recipe

1. Combine the tequila, Cointreau, St-Germain, blood orange juice, lime juice, and orange bitters in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

2. Shake until well chilled.

3. Strain into a wine glass filled with fresh ice.

4. Top with the rosé Champagne.

5. Garnish with a blood orange wheel and serve.
