Ingredients
- 6 cape gooseberries
- 1½ oz gin (Plymouth preferred)
- ½ oz elderflower liqueur (St. Germain)
- ½ oz lime juice
- ½ oz rosemary simple syrup
- Garnish: gooseberry or lime peel
Recipe
- Add gooseberries to a cocktail shaker and muddle with a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon.
- Add gin, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, and rosemary syrup. Add ice and shake vigorously.
- Pour into a cocktail glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a cape gooseberry or lime peel.
